This well designed bike carrier safely and securely holds the front wheel while ratchet straps secure the rear wheel. An anti-wobble securing system to keep your prized bicycles still while being transported. The Capstone Elite 2. 0 Rack folds down and out of the way for easy access to your vehicle's trunk or hatch. Locking cables are also included. The Capstone Elite 2. 0 Hitch Mount 2 bike carrier is made from high strength steel and finished in a durable high gloss gray powder coat for years of reliable service. Fit’s 2” receivers and may fit 1 1/4” receivers with the appropriate adaptor (sold separately).
